Not having the ability to add speed dial names and numbers on either the phone GUI, or the ring central portal is terrible. Its a feature we had 20+ years ago when we were with Shortel, which became Mitel, and then was purchased by Ring Central. Why would you not offer this feature? Do you have any idea how long it takes to program a name in a phone manually using key presses, each letter takes between 3-5 presses, then you have to wait until it grabs the character, and then start the process over with the next letter. This process has to be done by each phone user? Give us access to program the phone speed dial!
