External Number on Presence
We want to add Speed Dials to External Contacts to the HUD and Presence from the Softphone portal that can translate to the physical phone. Right now manually adding external speed dial is time consuming.

Not having the ability to add speed dial names and numbers on either the phone GUI, or the ring central portal is terrible. Its a feature we had 20+ years ago when we were with Shortel, which became Mitel, and then was purchased by Ring Central. Why would you not offer this feature? Do you have any idea how long it takes to program a name in a phone manually using key presses, each letter takes between 3-5 presses, then you have to wait until it grabs the character, and then start the process over with the next letter. This process has to be done by each phone user? Give us access to program the phone speed dial! -

Use the External contacts - External ID as a speed bin (dialing shortcut). As long as the bin numbering does not overlap with the tenant's site/extension numbering scheme. Then all we need is a 'Speed Dial' button in a line appearance position so execution can be [Speed]#### and Send.

Most of my clients are using Yealink phones with nothing but basic/default options to set Presence/quickdial buttons - a lot of admin time is spent manually logging into phone WUIs to implement this on a per-user and per-device basis, rather than leveraging the RC admin portal and templates.

99% of the numbers I dial daily are external numbers. It's critical to have this feature.
