We have multiple websites, and we are looking for a feature where, whenever we receive or make an outbound call from a particular phone number, the corresponding company name is displayed in the caller ID/call list. Similarly, when we receive a call, we would like the company name associated with that phone number to be displayed.
Currently, we do not see an option in RingCentral that provides this functionality. We would like to have this feature available because we are planning to expand our business and manage multiple brands/websites under the same phone system.
