    At the very least this should allow the option to customize the announcement.

    But given that the call is only being transcribed, I can't see any reason for this announcement to be necessary. And until you have the means to customize or remove this message we will not be using the feature. Something that otherwise offers a great benefit becomes undesirable at all.
