My company's contact number is our Ring Central main number. I'm not able to pay with my VISA card for some vendors online, because I can't receive the verification code.
The strange thing is I was able to receive text code from another app (when creating an account for that app) back in Aug. 2025. Was this basic function inactivated by RingCentral?
