This seems absurd to me that this doesn't currently work. Please prioritize this!

This is frustrating, I must admit. We need these codes in our daily work here at the clinic, and I think it's extremely important that you fix this, as my company is considering canceling our contract with RingCentral, given that this is something we need frequently.

This OTP feature to receive verification codes is critical for US tenant, as well as RingCentral's India tenant. Consider RingEX India tenant as well.

I agree with all. So critical to have this. Especially, when trying to recover an online business account that is critical to income of company where the main number was used for verification. We sure could use this function. And when it is done, give Ring Central Admin the ability to forward to any choice of extension.

My company's contact number is our Ring Central main number. I'm not able to pay with my VISA card for some vendors online, because I can't receive the verification code.
The strange thing is I was able to receive text code from another app (when creating an account for that app) back in Aug. 2025. Was this basic function inactivated by RingCentral?

As a business owner ..it's embarrassing to NEED someone who CAN get those codes so you can verify yourself...this is NOT just websites...its banks and all your log-in sites...and I feel sorry for those who still don't have a cell phone...that was ME 6 months ago

I asked RingCentral on the sales call about this EXACT feature and was told it was doable through RingCentral. Then once everything was set up I shortly realized I was not getting any text codes from bank accounts. I called support to find out RingCentral cannot receive these type of messages. This is devastating to my business as we receive hundreds of text verification codes each month. Bait and switch. Unacceptable. Fix this please."

I rely on my RingCentral number for essential communication and need to receive OTPs for various services. Despite having enabled SMS, I am not getting OTP messages, which is causing significant inconvenience. Unlocking the OTP feature will ensure seamless access to vital services and improve the reliability of my communications. This is crucial for my work and personal security.

This feature is important to have; It would make things more convenient for our staff.

The customer needs to get an OTP from Zillow App to enroll the RC phone number for call forwarding.

I want to stress that this has a direct business impact on our operations. Our users rely on OTPs from insurance portals and practice websites to access critical systems, and not receiving them through our RingCentral numbers is creating workflow disruptions.

This is completely difficult not be able to receive otp from bank

This is critical for our business. It is the primary need for us as an accounting firm. It is the main reason we applied for SMS texting through Ring Central.
