   Performance reports are old legacy reports, which will pave way to business analytics. In business analytics, we have call records, and we will see if we can align call records with call logs.

   The reports sent periodically (daily or weekly) are not updated. They are stuck to a certain date. Can you please help?

2. Ability to generate report that tracks an agents status throughout the day, like when they're available/not available/ on DND etc
