    We have had this feature working for years, but it seems since we signed a new contract, ring central waited a few months and then removed this feature from our account. I spoke with probably 8 representatives over the past month and everyone has given me the same response.. that it was never a feature... but it absolutely was. This feature no longer working is detrimental to our business and i have asked for a phone call several times and they keep referring me back to this post. Please help, your long time customers need you.
