Forward to another extension when DND is enabled
I want to be able to Forward to another extension when DND is enabled. At least user knows if they turn on DND, their calls may be answered by someone else.

We have had this feature working for years, but it seems since we signed a new contract, ring central waited a few months and then removed this feature from our account. I spoke with probably 8 representatives over the past month and everyone has given me the same response.. that it was never a feature... but it absolutely was. This feature no longer working is detrimental to our business and i have asked for a phone call several times and they keep referring me back to this post. Please help, your long time customers need you.

Ringcentral has ALWAYS had this feature. we have been customers since 2019. Last thursday (6/13/25) this feature was removed from our phones. This feature is critical for us to continue service with ringcentral. I have been in chat with a representative from your team since 11:16am and it is now 2:10pm. We have made no progress besides him telling me to comment on this post. Please allow other phones at the office to receive phone calls again, when one phone is on DND.
