   Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) via SMS has become a critical component of our business operations. Many of our sites require SMS-based MFA, and email is not a viable alternative in these cases.
   To ensure continuity and security, it is essential that multiple team members have access to the SMS messages used for MFA codes. This will allow for timely authentication and prevent disruptions in workflows where SMS MFA is mandatory.
