    This feature is extremely important for our team.

    Allowing only one extension to send SMS from the main company number limits our ability to operate efficiently. We rely on multiple team members to manage dispatch, customer updates, and time-sensitive communication.

    Please consider enabling SMS access from all extensions using the main number — it’s a critical need for businesses like ours.
