In today’s business world, staying connected with clients is everything, and WhatsApp is at the heart of how many of us communicate. Adding WhatsApp Business integration to RingCentral would take the platform to the next level for businesses like mine.
This isn’t just a nice-to-have; it’s a necessity. My clients rely on WhatsApp for real-time updates and quick responses, and being able to manage those conversations directly through RingCentral would simplify my operations and boost efficiency.
I hope this can be considered a priority, as I’m certain it would make a huge difference for countless businesses. Looking forward to hearing if this is on the roadmap!
MUST HAVE! I TRIED CALLING SUPPORT BECAUSE I THOUGHT I DIDNT KNOW HOW TO CONFIGURE... AND NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME IT CANT... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE D O THIS
