    All this talk about "AI' and RC can't even get the number one fundamental use of it correct for their desk phones. They need to make it happen asap! At least keep us updated with a timeline!

    Pretty frustrating that they had basically a press release announcing that this feature was live only for support to tell me "jk it's not ready yet"

    This is critical!! The AI summaries are amazing but need to be available for a physical desk phone!! Thank you devs!!
