We do not monitor the fax queues in Ring Central but this puts our org at risk if we do not respond to faxes timely, especially if these are auth requests. We could be fined by the states but more importantly, there will be a delay in care for anyone whose request is missed. We have a different fax system and it is a massive issue for us to receive faxes via Ring Central.
