   Performance reports are old legacy reports, which will pave way to business analytics. In business analytics, we have call records, and we will see if we can align call records with call logs.

   Could not agree more with all comments below, it is a pretty disappointing that we cannot trust the analytics reporting as it stands.

2. Ability to generate report that tracks an agents status throughout the day, like when they're available/not available/ on DND etc
