I recently switched from another fax provider to Ring Central. I was very surprised to learn about the inability to view faxes that failed to be sent out. It is a critical feature for my medical office operations, to know which faxes did not go out so that my staff can find them and re-fax them again. This is a common feature available in other fax providers. Please fix this ASAP in the next 1-2 weeks. Otherwise, I will have to cancel my Ring Central account and go back to my previous provider.
