I recently switched from another fax provider to Ring Central. I was very surprised to learn about the inability to view faxes that failed to be sent out. It is a critical feature for my medical office operations, to know which faxes did not go out so that my staff can find them and re-fax them again. This is a common feature available in other fax providers. Please fix this ASAP in the next 1-2 weeks. Otherwise, I will have to cancel my Ring Central account and go back to my previous provider. Thank you.

We are thinking of leaving RingCentral because of it.

Here is another sample showing the view fax on another status - we need this on the FAILED faxes.

This is critical as I cannot see the faxes that have failed. The email notification contains the file name of the fax but in the interface I cannot see the failed fax. View the fax is available for SENT, RECEIVED, UNREAD, but not FAILED.

Also adding the attached file name to the fail message would be helpful.

To see what documents have not been delivered is very critical in order to find the reason and refax them.
All documents are health care related as such this should be resolved asap.
