Because your documentation states that the Universal Service must match the plugin version, it is important that older releases be available in order to provide a match with plugins offered by various thin client vendors, such as 10ZiG, Stratodesk, etc.

This would be a huge usability improvement for our agents. I can't begin to explain how many times we've had to remind agents to use the softphone for this instead of the dialpad in RingCX.
