As the comments below state, yes it is crazy that one user is supposed to handle all faxes for a company. I need the ability for multiple RC users to receive the faxes from the COMPANY fax line. There's an email notification option, but without the actual attachment this won't be helpful. Also we don't need RC for that, there are email filter and action rules you can set for that basic level of notification.
Please add it as a feature to be able to have one fax-only line to be forwarded to multiple RC users.
