    As a Quality Specialist this is very important for us to check the messages that are being sent by the employees to the customer and we do not have any kind of access to this thing currently. Admins should be able to see the SMS which the employee is sending in order to monitor them along with the calls to ensure Quality assurance of the company. Please have this issue resolved.
