View/Access SMS of all other user extension using admin portal
I am submitting feature request on behalf of my customer. He wanted to be able to view and access the all SMS of all other users using admin portal since he is the super admin. Super admin should have the access to all the features and settings using admin portal.

It really is too much trouble to log into an employee's account while having to log out of your own on the mobile device.
It is critical for our staff to have better communication with the customers through this effort we are voting on. For a long time, social sites have had multi-account-login so there is ease of access, such as Instagram mobile being able to switch between accounts with ease. Not only is this visually pleasing, it takes away the issues I describe at the beginning.
If only there was a way to implement this, the idea that we are unable to view because of "privacy concerns" does not fit for many states with right to hire, and right to fire. Without a high speed way to switch between viewing and replying to messages with good timestamps and logs for the Super Admin, I don't see a way forward for Automation as there would be no references for searching who said what on which account and which location as to verify at least a MAC address or IP address, must we allow for saboteur from within when it can be avoided all together with transparency?
Again, there must be a transparancy measure for the Super Admin, at least. Similar to the recent X / Twitter update where certain accounts were revealed/ their country of origin and their locations are now shown.
We need logs so that we can keep ourselves accountable if needed. -

We deal with Federal issues and need to access the messages by other users to present as evidence and cannot without the user present or log in information. Please prioritize this as it will be very beneficial for the Super Master admin to access.

A team member recently had a medical emergency and we were not able to effectively communicate with our clients while he was out because we did not have this feature available. Please prioritize this!

Most important thing I can think of because 90% of our communication is via text and we need to be able to monitor what our users are sending out.
