    We completely agree! All previous systems we have used allowed this feature. It was a shock that we could only forward to the extension. Then it will have to ring numerous times before the VM will pick up. Please consider adding this feature!

  3. When reviewing calls, it would be great to see hold time vs talk time differently. Currently, it does not differ.
