This feature was extremely helpful, as it allowed users to quickly identify the correct number for each area code. This process helped eliminate the cause of being marked as Spam by utilizing these pool of numbers.
However, this functionality has been missing for over a year, and its absence is continuing to cause significant difficulty for our teams. Without the associated names in the dropdown, it's much harder for them to determine which number to use. We have tried printed lists as a workaround, but unfortunately, this has not proven to be an effective solution.
