Add Names Against Caller ID Options
AMA Group will have 50+ queues in their account and agents will be part of multiple queues. When the queue members dial out from the RC App, they need an easy way to select the Caller ID of the queue. Current method relies on queue members remembering which number they want to select from the list of company numbers and 50+ queues. It would be way more efficient if each number had a name associated with it to easily locate the required number

This feature was extremely helpful, as it allowed users to quickly identify the correct number for each area code. This process helped eliminate the cause of being marked as Spam by utilizing these pool of numbers.
However, this functionality has been missing for over a year, and its absence is continuing to cause significant difficulty for our teams. Without the associated names in the dropdown, it's much harder for them to determine which number to use. We have tried printed lists as a workaround, but unfortunately, this has not proven to be an effective solution. -

Enable display of label names for individual numbers in the "My Caller ID" dropdown list associated with Call Queue extensions.
Currently, the Call Queue (CQ) name appears in the "My Caller ID" dropdown instead of specific label names assigned to individual numbers. This is because numbers are directly assigned to the Call Queue extension. Displaying label names would enhance user experience and clarity, especially for identifying incoming calls.
