They should use the Vonage "Business Inbox" as a model. It worked great for us when we had Vonage. I hope they get this up and running soon. Even putting the extra cost aside, having to use BeeTexting as a stand-alone SMS product is annoying, it would be so much easier for our busy veterinary office to only have ONE phone/texting app to attend to.

Vonage has this as well, it's called "Business Inbox". It worked great...unfortunately, for us, their phones did not.

Updated 9/8/23: This has been moved to Q1 2024Hi everyone, this is planned as a two parter: coming in December 2022, users will be able to select which number their outbound texts are sent through in settings. Coming later in 2023, users will be able to select their outbound number in the separate messaging window (not just in settings). This only addresses outbound caller ID. If you would like to see a more shared inbox group texting option, please vote for these ideas: Add a text message queue similar to the call queueTexts should go to multiple usersDebbie supported this idea ·
