We need to be able to switch our company numbers and our fax numbers around freely without having to call customer support, spending an hour on the phone, and having to wait for a supervisor to make the change. Currently it is a waste of time and to go through all these steps. I was told that companies have complained that their employees can go into their account and delete their number and this is the reason that Ring Central insists everyone call in to make changes. Companies have to take responsibility and not give access to the admin portal if they are concerned that someone will go into their account and delete all their numbers. I don't want to spend an hour on the phone with customer support because other companies allow too many people to have access to their phone numbers.

For security purposes it is vitally important to have a separate password for the admin portal and another password for the ring central app (inbound and outbound calls).
