    It is critical for our business that when someone sends a text message to one of our business numbers, if we could select several team members or users to be able to view and reply to those text messages on behalf of our company. Please consider adding this feature as soon as possible.
    This has been in the suggestion box since 2023, is there any hope that it will get implemented?
