    Please return to the old ring central app. The new one is not having proper shortcut keys features, as like, to answer the call, there should be having an option to setup by clicking only "Enter" key instead of setting up "Shift+Enter". There is no mean to setup two keys for one feature.

    Kindly, Update it on the new version as well. and please launch back the Older version of RingCentral (Release: 24.3.0.47527 (32-bit).
