The original/preferred view in Ring Central where the Phone icon allows you to get to the HUD, dialpad, and park locations in one tab. Something magically updated on our company app. Is there a way to change it back? The new view works but it’s more cumbersome because the HUD is separated from the Phone – and the park locations require an extra click.

Is it possible to roll back to the older version that showed both extensions and parked calls on the same screen? A lot of us in Customer support liked the older version better. Please provide a link to uninstall the new or install the older version. thanks

This new system is horrible so un user friendly and not easy at all. The old system was so much easier to maneuver around with as phone operator it is critical to have the easy access that the old system had.

It is inconvenient to have to click between the options. And I as a supervisor would like to see my employees listed so see who is on the phone and not have to click everytime

New interface is very inefficient. Requires individually clicking on calls in the history/missed area to see what the phone number is/was. Need to be able to quickly reference the full information of the call as I scroll through the list. Having to stop to click to narrow down information is time consuming and unhelpful. I did not have a need for the dialpad to take up half the screen. Would be nice to be able to hide the dialpad and bring back the full call info at a glance.

I am not sure why you ask this question... many people have voiced concern but you are doing nothing about it. So frustrating... it's like one day we go to your office and remove all your computers and make you start using paper and pencil, and the only response you get is "I understand, but we cannot do anything about it".

The updates have destroyed my ability to communicate with my customers will relevant information since I can no longer see the number they are calling/texting from and I cannot see which of my numbers they have called/texted to. This is insane that you would make such changes that can virtually put your customers out of business.

Our staff would appreciate having an option to toggle back to the original RingCentral App. Our staff finds it very time consuming using the new version. We have a very busy practice and the new version is very frustrating.

Very disappointed that y'all would do away with the "Classic" or "Old RingCentral App Layout." Just when I finally get things set up just so I am left with the inability to manipulate the GUI to how it works best for me. All the data is scrunched to one side with no means of streamlining it across the GUI for ease of navigation. I don't even need or use the dial pad. Please bring back "Classic" view as the existing view is too scrunched up (please see accompanying screenshot file). It's only logical.

Please give us back the old version or at least an option to toggle between. I do not like not having the full screen of calls and a hugh dialpad which is unnecessary.

One of the users from Wilshire Law Firm PLC is requesting to revert the old RC App settings. This account wants to have the option to make the inbox to have a bigger screen.

Multiple customers are used to the old interface of our RingCentral App, it would be best to add the option of using the old interface for customer convenience.
