   When automatic recording is enabled, the AI Meeting Experience also generates a transcription of the meeting. Both have been available for several years (transcription since 2022), and an IT admin can enable them in the Admin Portal. See Configuring company meeting settings.

   Having meeting recordings automatically download locally is important for our work flow and data sharing.
