We are changing the way we do business. This feature has now become critical. It's important to have the same ease of use for transcription on video meetings as you offer for phone calls. While you offer this capability now and it' s fairly easy to turn on the transcription feature, it is really klugy and nerve wracking to make sure the transcription is easily downloadable when the meeting is over. If I didn't take notes it's a huge issue not to be able to download the transcription. The meeting transcription should be automatically saved in Ring Central like the phone calls as well.

I can't believe I trusted in the transcription of my meeting, only to learn that it disappears forever unless you've also recorded the meeting. If you don't make transcripts automatically available, at the very least include messaging that warns hosts of the results.

Need this to be automatic and saved for all calls. it's way too easy to forget and never have access to the info again. Please !
