    We signed up with ring central - advising the sales rep that we solely used desk phones, to which they confirmed would happen. It was not until we had set up and began testing the system we learned that the AI transcription did not work after parking or transferring a call on desk phones. I was advised this would be inputted Q4 2025, in writing by the Rep. I need this to happen ASAP.
