    Hello,

    We see a lot of value in this as we use it for first responders if there is an incident. Also, trying to remember the whole path during in emergency or paging in general is very difficult if there is not a shortcut in the soft-phone available.

    Would really like it to block or reroute all external incoming calls for certain extensions. So all company extensions can still call those restricted extensions. As this does disrupt operations.
