"This is ridiculous. RingCentral is selling business phone numbers that can’t do basic group texting, and we have no way of knowing which numbers will work because the numbers are randomly tied to carriers we can’t see or choose.
This breaks real business workflows; replies don’t thread, conversations get lost, and we’re forced to either change published office numbers or use awkward workarounds.
