I’d like to raise a concern regarding the current handling of failed fax transmissions. When a fax fails, I am unable to view the content of the document unless I first re-fax it. Only after it shows as “submitted” am I able to see the actual contents. This workflow is quite frustrating and inefficient.
Additionally, if the fax number is invalid and the transmission fails completely, I have no way of knowing what the original report contained — which can be a serious issue when handling time-sensitive or critical information.
It would be extremely helpful to have access to the fax content immediately after a failed attempt, without needing to resubmit it. This would improve both workflow and accountability.
I've attached the copy, where I tried to click on the failed fax, but it starts all from the new fax number.
