Using outbound callers to set appointments, the callers who make appointments often get called back when an appointment needs to cancel, often times after that caller is done for the day. We have sent representatives over an hour away many times to an appointment that was cancelled via VM on an outbound callers phone. If we had the ability to add our schedule coordinator as a co-recipient to every phone line (14 for us), this would be prevented entirely. We dont need unlimited co-recipients, but 5 for all intensive purposes is the same as 0. Please raise the limit
