Having the ability for agents to change from Wrap-Up to available because they have completed their task on the wrap up notes, etc is something that needs to be added into RCX Save Submitting... 100% agree that this is a basic contact center feature. Having the ability for agents to change from Wrap-Up to available because they have completed their task on the wrap up notes, etc is something that needs to be added into RCX
