    It is ridiculous that this isn’t a basic feature. How can this system be so advanced and have AI everything but you can’t simply ignore a call while you are speaking face to face with a customer without it looping back around and ringing 5 more times. You could ignore a call on a dang Nokia in 2004 get with the times! This is making us reconsider our decision to switch to Ring Central because obviously this isn’t being taken care of since the first requests were from 2 years ago. I’m sure way more have the same frustrations but haven’t pursued it far enough because I had to speak with tech support 3-4 times changing multiple settings trying to fix it before I was told it’s not possible and I would need to fill out this request.
