We have two call queues - one in English and one in Spanish. We are unable to update the language of the prompts in the Spanish queue to anything other than English, unless we upload a custom audio file. The technician that we worked with today told me that this is because the default language under Auto-Receptionist >> General Settings >> Regional Settings is English. Having the ability to use different languages in different queues seems to be a basic function, but the technician indicated that this is a development item. Hoping this 'vote' helps elevate this development work to the top of the priority list.
