When they were initially creating this feature, who's idea was it to not allow texts from the main business number to appear on the mobile app? Texting is essentially a basic mobile device function and there is no reason why we shouldn't be able to get our texts on our mobile app. What kind of a company is this that doesn't think of basic common sense???
