I just finished onboarding and when I was discussing switching to RC I was told that the faxes would be able to be seen in the app by all users. When the numbers ported over I was then told that the app fax function was down, a call queue was made and the faxes would have to be received by email. Having hundreds of faxes a day go to everyone's email is a huge headache but I was understanding if the system was down. Now, checking in a week later I am told that multiple staff receiving faxes on the app is not a capability at all. This is a very important feature that needs to be developed. I had it on our last phone system so it is possible.
