    It is absolutely imperative that SMS features are allowed for both retail and wholesale mortgage companies. With respect to retail mortgage companies it is imperative to keep the consumer, the realtors, escrow, title and other participants up to date on loan status and closing as everything is so time sensitive and everything is based on a legal contract. With respect to wholesale mortgage companies such as ours, we have no consumer contact as it is solely a business to business concern. We have one client - mortgage companies across the United States. Accordingly, I don't even know why SMS messaging is disallowed for mortgage companies that in turn need to keep their borrowers updated on loan status. The needs immediate amendment by Ring Central.
