I completely agree, this is very annoying and continues to disrupt workflow. RingCentral pop-ups appear in every open HubSpot tab as well as in a separate browser window. While it is possible to disable the separate window pop-up, the notifications still show up across all HubSpot tabs, which creates unnecessary noise and distraction.
This makes it harder to stay focused and efficiently manage calls. It significantly interferes with work and makes it difficult to concentrate—especially in my role, as I handle most of the incoming calls. It would be much more practical if the RingCentral notification appeared only in one tab (for example, the active one) or exclusively in the dedicated browser window.
