Hubspot Voicemail Integration
HubSpot integration with Ring Central should provide voicemail logging. All businesses want to know if their customer leaves a voicemail. The HubSpot native caller has this integration and the system natively supports recording voicemails, so there should be a means to do similar with the Ring Central integrations.

Display Inbound Caller ID in Preview Window for RingCentral for HubSpot
Description:
Currently, when an inbound call is received through the RingCentral for HubSpot integration, the preview window displays the previous incoming call information instead of the current one. The request is to enhance the integration to display the correct caller number or caller ID in the inbound call preview window in real time.Current Behavior:
- The preview window shows the last received call information instead of the new incoming call.
- In some instances, the preview window gets stuck on the loading screen or displays a blank page, preventing the user from viewing caller details.

Add SMS records in Hubspot Reports
In Hubspot Reports, users can view records for calls, Meetings, and Emails, but no information is pulled for SMS activity.
The Report has an SMS column, but it displays 0, although under contact activities, we can see SMS transactions.

User Context Logging for SMS in HubSpot integration
By design, the system displays the following format after a text message is logged (either automatically or manually) through the RingEX for HubSpot dialer:
[Inbound or Outbound] SMS from SMS +16500000000 (+16500000000) to Ian Christopher Santos (+16500000000)
It would be great if we have the option to display who logged the text message, similar to HubSpot’s manual log option (Contact record > More > Log SMS), for reporting purposes.

Currently, RingCentral allows selecting a voicemail co-recipient, enabling voicemail from one extension to be shared with multiple users’ mailboxes. The HubSpot integration does not support this functionality.Use Case:
Users want voicemails from a single RingCentral extension to appear in multiple HubSpot user mailboxes, improving visibility and collaboration across teams.Current Behavior:
Voicemails can only be logged or delivered to a single user within HubSpot, limiting shared access and requiring manual forwarding or additional workarounds.Expected Behavior:
