Hubspot multiple window
• Using multiple Hubspot windows for work efficiency and leave it open at the same time when making or receiving calls
• Notification popup for calls are showing on all windows instead of just 1
Goal : Only pop up the call to 1 window or 1st window/tab instead of all the open window/tab

It need to be change ASAP. RingCentral is great application specially after integration with HubSpot, but this pop up of it everywhere is just a distraction during the work.

I completely agree, this is very annoying and continues to disrupt workflow. RingCentral pop-ups appear in every open HubSpot tab as well as in a separate browser window. While it is possible to disable the separate window pop-up, the notifications still show up across all HubSpot tabs, which creates unnecessary noise and distraction.
This makes it harder to stay focused and efficiently manage calls. It significantly interferes with work and makes it difficult to concentrate—especially in my role, as I handle most of the incoming calls. It would be much more practical if the RingCentral notification appeared only in one tab (for example, the active one) or exclusively in the dedicated browser window. -

Exactly, this is very annoying. RingCentral pop up in EVERY open tab in HubSpot and also in its separate browser window. It is possible to turn off pop up of seperate window but still RingCentral will pop up in ALL HubSpot tabs. Please make it to pop up only in one tab or only in its separate browser window.
