When I begin work each day, I have over 300 unread messages. However, because we use a shared inbox, many of the patient texts have already been addressed by other users. I'm trying to identify the true unread messages that still require a response, which currently requires manually opening over 300 messages each day. After the weekend, the volume is higher.
This process is slowing down our productivity.
When a text message is opened by one user, it should automatically be marked as opened for all users in the shared inbox.
