We need contact groups! I need to be able to start a text (without it automatically being a group text) and select a group to text it to. These messages need to be able to be 1 to 1 conversations. I am a bit discouraged that this has been under review for over two years. Dividing our contacts into groups was something available through EZtext and GotoConnect and now I feel like we downgraded our abilities in our office.
