Multiple recipient for faxes and SMS
The caller wanting to make sure multiple users can receive faxes and SMS.

PLEASE implement this. We also need texts that go to our main line to also go to all extensions associated with it. This is where clients send orders to and we want to have anyone on the team be able to reply. Thank you!

PLEASE implement this. We need texts that go to our main line to also go to all extensions associated with it, we are unable to read and respond to text messages from our different extensions which completely defeats the purpose of the call queue

We need this function as we have employees work on different days, and we want everyone to be able to respond so the customer can get better customer service. This was available with OOMA our prior phone partner and is a huge feature, we may have to switch phone services if we cannot have this function as it is critical to our business.

We would greatly benefit from the ability to send and receive messages through our main company number, with all assigned users able to view the conversation and contribute in real time. This would improve team collaboration, ensure faster responses to customers, and maintain a consistent communication experience under a single, recognizable number.

I am not alwasy sin the office and I am the only person who can receive faxes at this time. I had to change our settings for fax notifications to include an attachment, but people send us sensitive information, and this is not secure enough. Please allow multiple users to receive and view faxes.

Multiple access to text from the main company number for branding purposes. Having only 1 user to be able to text from the main company number creates customer confusion and mistrust when texts are not coming from the main number or identified by assigned USER extension

Our organization has 9 ringcentral sites. Having the ability for Inbound SMS messages to be distributed to the active call queue is crucial. Please implement this function!

Customers want to text our business phone numbers and receive a quick answer. In order to do that we need multiple team members to be able to monitor the text inbox and respond. We use www.prokeep.com to handle incoming texts as a team. It would be nice if we could assign each user to their respective site's phone number for texts.
