Universal Contacts
We have some associates who need to get in touch with contractors (for example) who will not be setup in RingCentral but we would like anyone in the company to be able to search for them in the search bar and call them, instead of everyone having to add the person individually to their own contacts to do this. It would also be handy to add universal business contacts for vendors we use.

Admin import of contacts for users or whole company.
as an admin. i can import a CSV of contacts and assign users to add this too. IE whole company. or a check lists user 1. user 2. user 3. etc.

Sent a custom predeterminate SMS text to callers automatically when they press a number on their phone, instead of transferring to certain extension.

Allow multiple music files to be uploaded for connecting and hold music
It would be great to be able to upload more than one music file for callers to hear either as they're waiting to be connected or placed on hold. Additionally, the files should be able to be cycled through so as calls come through, the callers don't hear the same song from the beginning every time.

Ability to Disable Emergency Address in Service-Web portal
For Emergency address information, some customers rely on their own address data that it collects through the customer contract so the information that is collected through service-web is not needed.
