Major updates
Why is it Major updates are only going to Main Super Admin account. As a business partner i have customers whose Main super admin Account is not a technical person they are either business owner or some executive level person to own the accounts. Who will not need to implement any new updates or forward the email to a technical contact. these should be sent to all super admins on the account so that Business partners and technical point of contact should be updated on all changes.

Remove ping noise on chat
can you get this stupid thing to stop making a ping noise every few seconds i cannot record my prompts. this app is so annoying, it makes that noise all the time, i can never leave this site up during the day b/c it continuously makes a beeping noise

Review and resolve call blocks applied to extensions
Users block numbers. I want to review those number blocks and remove them if I deem them to be spuriousAlso, under Call logs I can block numbers.Again, I want to be able to report/ review and remove or remediate those blocks.

Make un-assigning a number less cumbersome
I've had several scenarios where I needed to un-assign a particular number from a user and return it to our pool of available numbers. Currently, in order to complete that process, I have to:Create a temporary extension. > move the number to that temporary extension. > then delete the temporary extension.The process takes about 7 clicks too many. It seems like there should be an "un-assign extension" option that I can click in my options menu.
